* Cuppa was vastly improved when we began using bottled as the water here is a bit dodgy. And it's not like boiling it helps as it is full of toxins, not greeblies.
Travelling between the Loft & our here is a 15 minute walk and then a 10 minute downhill skateboard ride. It's like that both ways, so that is pretty cool. Nearly as cool as we look swishing past all the mum's with their pushchairs in the morning. Yeah!
Part of our sub-lease agreement is to look after Kythe the hippy's two cats. They don't seem to have any permanant names so I have called them Fozzie (grey) and Mrs Peabody (B&W). Fozzie has 6 toes on his front paws, and Mrs Peabody has one paw with 7 toes!
Apparently (say's Evan our flatmate) Kythe refused to ever clip these indoor cats' claws so the poor wee things literally stuck to the floor like velcro with every step. It was sad to see (& annoying to listen to) so we borrowed Adams cat clippers and subjected them to a pedicure. We have also borrowed a laser pointer & got the fat wee blobs actually running around.

just checking on you. Looks like a nice ny apartment, i'm sure you'll enjoy the space.
