We were hanging outside a music shop while Adam was inside looking at cables (exciting stuff!). So I took a snap of my little lady.
And she took a pic of me...
This is us at the Russian Tea Rooms, a swanky restaurant near Carnegie Hall. The photo doesn't really do the place justice - it was a very opulent setting. Check out the gold leaf on the ceiling. Also the Maître d' looked like a KGB hitman, but one with a Brooklyn accent.Rating: Excellent. Try the caviar.
Captain America at the Rockefeller Centre. Check out my $5 shades.
We went to a play called 'The Misanthrope' at the New York Theatre Workshop in the East Village. It's based on a 17th-century rhymed comedy Le Misanthrope ou l'Atrabilaire amoureux by the French playwright Molière. Which I'm sure you've all heard of. This version is updated to include lawyers, cellphones, computers, and whatnot, but stills keeps the rhyming verse of the original.
The play had two notable highlights. One was where the protagonist covered himself with food and garbage, and the other was the two main characters running out of the theatre and continuing part of the play on the streets outside, followed by a film crew who relayed the acting to the audience via a set of video screens on the stage.Rating: Bloody Good.

Just loved the B&W pix of the two of you. Fascinating reading of the plays u have been to, but just can't get past those B&W's - great photography work from BOTH of you. Backgrounds are fabulously appropriate.
